Local law enforement IS NOT HELPING! They are completly overwhelmed! WE were also told first hand that the Sheriff & Detective Whited were helping. This is NOT TRUE! He wants to compile detailed information on money owed to people and factual evidence. He is trying to put a case together. They are being overwhelmed with phone calls and no hard evidence. He has asked for all documentation, picture’s, email’s and transfers of any monies be sent to his office. We have all let them know we are not going away. That since local law enforecment is turning their heads with all the detailed documentation and evidence that they HAVE ALREADY been given, we are now requesting an Investigation be conducted by the Tennesse Buruea of Investigation. Please anyone who has been screwed by Thunder Valley, contact Mr. Gallaway immediatly!

Kudos to you for TAKING ACTION to stop this cruelty!
I know first hand how hard it is to get someone to listen.
I found a breeder in Oregon that I ALMOST bought a not-rott puppy from but I decided to visit first even though the trip was 800 miles each way.
What I found was out of a nightmare.
I went to the COE club that she was a “member in good standing” with. No response. I went to Oregon HS. Got a recorded message that they were too busy! Went to the local AC. They inform me she is doing nothing wrong.
In desperation from 800 miles away, I contacted a news reporter in Oregon who gladly took the case as an investigative report. It was the only thing that got ACTION.

I would HIGHLY suggest that if you haven’t already, find an investigative reporter to go in and pose as a puppy buyer. That way you will get documentation of the conditions and everyone will see the TRUTH.
I wish you the BEST of luck in your indeavors to do right by these dogs. I also know that you will probably recieve threats and have alot of people angry with you. Ignore it.
I have half of the Chow community thinking I am some crazy PETA member just out to cause trouble! LOL
