Has anyone that has seen the conditions reported this to the AKC? AKC should inspect the site, review records, etc. Anyone that as lost money or been sent dogs that are not as contracted for (DNA check) should report to the AKC.
The AKC can then fine these people and take away their privledges which may slow them down. The AKC may have more time and resources than some of the local police forces.

AKC is involved, AKC has inspected, AKC has fined Joan and Stephanie, AKC has put Joan and Stephanie on referral and to my knowledge AKC has suspended Joan, Stephanie and any dog that is currently under their names.

Yes, AKC has been contacted. They have been supplied all kind of information and they have been out more than one time. I also contacted the Ag. Dept. in Nashville and had the State Vet out there for the starvation of the horses. I traded a mare for a dog and the mare was bones back in Oct. You could count every rib, and she was supposed to get hay in there, feed in there and seed her pasture. I know she did get hay. The horses were from a 3 to a 5 on the scale and a 5 is just border line. She has mixed breeds of horses, some Walking, Quarter and Draft breeds.
