Hi Everyone,

I’ve met Joan Foote & her cohort, Stephanie at a dog show in upstate NY - the USRC Nationals in 2004. I remember the hardcore Rottie people, mostly those with expensive imports, as not caring much about this monster as she’d been ripping them off financially using the Rottweiler magazines that she never produced. There were many threads about her at the Germanrottweilerforum.com website. I’d encourage all here to register, but it’s difficult to get in there, as the Website owner is a bit of a loose cannon. HOWEVER, it’s the only American site where famous German & European breeders post/read & announce Rottweiler related information.

I had a friend of mine, Frederico, who’s a member there, start a thread about this monsterous pair of dog & child abusers.

Frankly the ONLY WAY that the Tennessee authorities are going to take this seriously is to receive TONS OF WRITTEN MAIL - email is fine but can

be deleted & ignored with a click. Regular old snail mail, type-written & eloquent & demanding action will mean far more. I know this having done something similar in my area.

Here is another angle: the IRS - that’s right, the feared IRS> Joan & Stephanie are no doubt tax evaders too. Those who’ve paid big bucks for dogs, or paid her fees for handling/abusing their dogs need to get those details about payments to her together. They need to be reported to the IRS as undeclared income, possibly. Same goes for those who paid her for AD SPACE & SUBSCRIPTIONS - if she cheated that many and there are many, no doubt she also didnt’ declare the income to the IRS. This person & her cohort live like mentally ill scumbags for sure, but they’re also FINANCIAL CHEATERS - rip off artists, who need to be held accountable. Has anyone contacted TENNESSEE Rescues for Rottweilers?? They may be able to get the ball rolling in TN as the rest of us live very far away.
