We are going to have an email contest. DoobiesDad got the ball rolling with his three emails that he posted here, so I thought we would see how many emails we could get wirtten and posted from the rest of the people who are members here.
The contest will be very simple. Here are the rules.
- Write an email to any of the authorities posted her on this website, or any other authority you think can help.
- Post the email here on our site (along with the email address) as a regular post.
- I will set up a voting site so that the members here can vote for the “Best” email letter written and sent before Jan 1, 2008.
Not sure what the prize will be, but it will be something worth having — better then a sharp stick in the eye. ![]()

It seems rather out of place and “tacky” to have a game and prize when the situation at Thunder Valley is so serious and in need of help. Just my personal opinion, these letters are sent from the heart and this feels like it cheapens it.

You are entitled to your opinion. My reasons for doing so is to inspire people to get off their @$$E$ and actually DO SOMETHING, rather than just read the horror stories here.
If people don’t start taking ACTION, then the situation won’t get fixed. If you have better suggestions, I’m more than willing to listen.
But, I have a question for you as well. How many email letters and phone calls have you made to try to help stop the abuse that is going on?

Wonderland Awaits - I understand your point, but I think the webmaster has a point too.
I posted my emails here to let people know that I was taking action and to give them some words that they could hopefully use or some ideas that would help them express themselves.
If you haven’t written, please do so. If you have, then God bless you.

I am doing what I can to help. I can only relay my horror at what I have seen here and read what other people have witnessed and been through and ask that they investigate further and do something to help the child in the household and the animals on the property. After showing my husband and talking to him, I have contacted Celina and offered her any help that we can provide (I have yet to hear back from her). I hope that our letters will make an impact somewhere with someone, other than that all I have left to give is my prayers.

I just sent another to Cesar, I plan on starting my blitz of writing to all the listed authorities this evening when I get home from work. I agree with ADMIN we all need to get off our collective posteriors and start pushing ourselves in front of the right people. This is NOT to say many are not already doing so, no offence intended, I personally understand what it feels like to sit on my hands concerning this situation, as I am ashamed to admit , I did so for almost 1 1/2 years. Worried about what happened to my money., my bad. If everyone would just do a little more than their comfort zone allowed , maybe this whole thing will get it done before its to late for the ones we are trying to help. Just my opinion, thanks for listening folks, David .. here is what i sent Cesar this email ….Hello, Mr. Millian I am contacting you once more in the hopes that you or someone from your organization will read this and help a band of fellow animal lovers change a very serious situation for a bunch of rotties and horses. Please, please can someone just visit the web site links I am providing to just look at the posted photos. Not only are the animals living in these types of conditions, the humans are also. The house reeks of fecal and urine, there are stains all over from this type of matter. A small child lives in this house and at last update another family with 4 children live on the property in a un-mobil mobile home . The father of these kids is the “kennel” help. I realize you and your organization have lots on your plate with handling the production of your show and taking care of your own “pack” , however there is a “pack” down in Tn. that truly need help also. We are trying and giving 110% but I fear that may not be good enough to it get things changed and end the suffering of these animals before it is to late. It is not just the animals that are an issue here, the kennel takes deposits, promises puppies, then either never produces the puppies or now I have been told my even be doing litter funny business. DNA has been sent to AKC by a number of these rottie owners, they are awaiting the results. This has been going on for a long time and it needs to end, we need your help Cesar, we need the ” Dog Whisperer” , Thank you once more for consiteration, David Baker 717-398-9985 here are a couple of links, the first is the customer club, the second is a forum the first , http://www.thundervalleyrottweilers.com/ the second , http://www.rottweiler.net/forums/general-info/74219-thunder-valley-rottweilers.html

David, post your email as a regular post, not just as a comment. Then I’ll copy it to the email contest page.

Good job David on your 2nd letter to Cesar. And everyone please, lets keep focused on the “big picture” which is to stop these criminals and shut their puppymil down, ending the cruelty/neglect/etc. in regards to these poor Rotties. Also the baby girl in their so called house. We don’t need to go after each other. Yes, we are all entitled to our opinions, good or bad, however in defense of Admin (not that they need one), they have been on this campaign literally from the beginning and care deeply like the rest of us regarding our mission. God bless you again for putting up this site!!! I enjoyed the idea of a contest, but sorry folks, Doobies Dad would blow me out of the water and I think that I write well! BUT, great idea as it keeps us all motivated and pushing which is so important to save this child and Rotties. After all the pain/heartache/tears that these crooks put our family through, (I won’t say their names because they disgust me beyond belief), it is nice that Admin put a smile on our faces and gives us all a ray of hope. Among the many things we have done to help, we are talking to officials/etc. also in our state to see what or who we could enlist for more help. Have their Attorney General in TN been contacted? Also, maybe a petition would work with all of us signing it. Possibly the law enforcement in TN does not believe that there are that many of us that have been wronged by these crooks. They surely have read this site, maybe, but again, we need to work in numbers in order for them to take us serious. How about a protest down there and “then” maybe media would get off their butts to air this. We keep contacting different media but no response yet.

Just got off the phone with our States Senator’s office and they are going to do what they can to help also. They mentioned the USDA office and will contact them.

Great writing Randifeist, not so sure you would not give “doobies dad” a run for the money in writing skills :-), your are correct, contest or no contest we have to all pull together and “get er done” I came home from work early today to sit down and do some more two finger typing letter writing to some of these contacts. I am also thinking of posting a few of my older emails back and forth bewtween Joan Foote of Thunder Valley Kennel and myself. This may show the “naysayers” that there is a certain MO going on with Joan Foote and Thunder Valley Rottweilers, now then and hopefully no longer.

Thank you David, you are too kind, but Doobie’s Dad must have a Masters in writing skills! Oh well, we are all still getting the message out there, right??? As for previous emails, I know what you mean about past correspondence with “them”. I too saved everything I could think of from 2004 to 2007 and I went back over some of their lies and it sickens me. I was on to them and did report them to every agency I could get my hands on to include hiring an attorney, all the officials in my state, their state, and it was AKC that finally got us our papers after over a year. I sent them a huge packet of info and finally got some help. Now of course, we still must do a DNA to be sure we have the right Rottie for Heavens sake! Anyway, if there are still naysayers as we call them, I am shocked and saddened and will have to chock it up to “pure dumb ignorance” on their part or they are just turning a blind eye/deaf ear. I was set up with the VERY same story that MANY are coming out to tell. We were on that Electra list and don’t ya know, surprise-surprise, by the time it came for her to whelp, Oh shock of all shocks, the whole litter died. DOES THAT STORY SOUND FAMILIAR TO “ANYONE” OUT THERE!!! We were pushed from litter to litter from 2004 to 2005 when we were promised a Berlin pup finally. Don’t you guys all see a distinct pattern here???? Those of us that are posting on this site, get it. But you know what??? I like this saying “And the trueth shall set you free”. It is only a matter of time and they will be swinging from their own rope. “Vengeance is mine sayeth the Lord” and He is reigning down on their parade. Keep pushing! P.S. Don’t mean to get on my soapbox, BUT, this stirs up inner emotions that cannot or WILL NOT be quieted.

P.S. small correction—there was a male available that made it, many died from a supposed storm, but our vet said DO NOT take this pup as it probably would not make the trip to your place that it more than likely would have died. We were then pushed ahead to several other litters.

I think it would be more productive if we really concentrated on organizing communications with the Authorities.
Does anyone have any indication that Celina or the Prosecutor have responded to anyone’s concerns at this point?
What is really going on, and how can we sift through this together to ensure the safety of the child and animals?
Without cohesion and order, we cannot be a strong force.
Kind regards,

Interesting how storms seem to follow Joan around. We were told that all our litter got pneumonia after a storm took the power out. Then we were told only one puppy made it and, too bad, we were SECOND pick. Go figure.
Would it not make sense to purchase a generator to protect thousands of dollars worth of puppies if there are storms every time a litter is whelped?? Hmmmmmmmmm.

I agree with Elizabeth. See my post on having her coordinate - http://www.thundervalleyrottweilers.com/2007/12/17/we-need-to-organize-please-comment/
