I found this tuff on the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals website. I think it is insteresting and can give us some ammo for making authorities take action. Does anyone have a friend that is a lawyer?

Authority to Investigate Cruelty**
Any officers, agents or members of the society for the prevention of cruelty to animals may lawfully interfere to prevent the perpetration of an act of cruelty. Tenn. Code Ann. § 39-14-210.
Authority to Make Arrests***
Agents of societies for the prevention of cruelty to animals may arrest for animal cruelty in non-livestock animals in the county in which they were appointed.

no I have not neither there is a couple others who have contact her as well to care for some dogs if need be. maybe we can get a number to contact her personally?
