  nope one way or another thundervalley rottweilers is going out of business. i felt sorry for joan and tried to help her she took advantage of me. not only me but dog that i own and co own the world i live in that is a deadly sin

  Guy, I was just worried you might, get something. I watched Joan walk all around an area full and I mean full of dog crap, BAREFOOT. The puppy /youth dog (Sydney) we got that day was full of worms so it stands to reason from my thought process if the dogs have worms, the dog crap must have worms and if your walking in it/ around it barefoot, weeelllll seems like you might could catch some worms? The kennel is in the country, racoons abound I bet and those guys are full of rabies, so if the animals do not have current rabies shots , all of them young and old alike , weeeellll do I needsss to say more, thought not !!!! I agree with you this madness needs to stop, look at the law suit Sara just filed against Joan, then Joan counter sues like she is is the true damaged party. I have no doubt when our law suit is filed we will also be counter sued as well. So when Lisa files her law suit I suppose Joan will counter sue her also and when Duncan files his law suit I suppose he will be counter sued also, she sure has has a lot of damage done to her. Funny thing is that none of us has done anything to her other than call her out on the truth, a truth I might mention that she is fully responsabile for. Not one of use asked to have monies taken, litters switched, refunds refused, phone calls un answered and unreturned. Emails ignored and not replied to. AKC papers promised and then found to be unavalible because she is on AKC refferal. Puppy given with health issue. Co-owner agreements disreguarded. I mean look at your situation, you co-own with her, have you recieved you part of the co-ownership agreement? I would bet not . She is counter suing Sara for supposedly breaking a supposed verbal agrement to possiably co own a dog that Sara already owns 100 %. where is the logic in that one. You and quite a few other co-owners have been treated in exactly as described above by Joan in the exact manner that she (Joan) is now trying to counter sue Sara for. Go figure, how is she going to explain that one in court especially with all the witnesses and afidavids being provided by victims both, breeders, pet owners and co-owners? Have you ever watched Judge Judy and she gets on a defendant for their wild responces to questions asked of them. Can you even imagine what will happen in court to Joan when these types of questions are raised? Everyone needs to remember that all emotions are left at the door in small claims court, its all about the facts and the facts that can be proven not stuff that is only an expression of opinion. Its the parties involved and the Judge, it is the courts position to be resolving issues that cannot be otherwise resolved between these same parties. Likes , dislikes, whos Dad is bigger, who has more money stuff that that means nothing. As seen in Joans counter suit “anyone can sue anyone for anything” , it so hard for a person , a victim to find themselves in a position of having to prove they in fact a really a victim. Then you have salt being throw into the cut by a counter suit? Hey guess what where there is smoke there is fire, remember what your parents said about playing with fire, DONT casue you just may get burned. Joan Foote you still have a chance to do the right thing, come clean tell the truth , accept responsablity for your actions to both human and canine alike . It may not stop the legal events now in motion, in fact it probably will not . What is now is now. You need to accept the truth and see how many victims you have now looking at you, looking and now asking why and what will be done about this to prevent others from becoming victims also. We are not out to get you, we are out to stop you, we are out to hold you accountable , we want justice . So with that said, tell the truth, be fair, come clean , help the victims to get the AKC papers they were promised, help the victims you sold unhealthy animals to get either heal them or replace them, , sell your assets to refunds monies you accepted for puppies and dogs and never delivered on. In other words Joan Foote DO THE RIGHT THING !!! Joan we are not going away, you cannot make us go away, all we speak is the truth, these are facts you can take to court , count on it. David baker

  AMEN David! I am sure all of us stand behind your post, except the guilty party, Thunder Valley Rottweilers. Another thing that would “help” these criminals is rehabilitation. Where does one go to get that in this situation??? Most criminals are rehabilitated in prison. Well, perhaps there is a kennel out there that would allow Joan and Stephanie the very pleasure of “poop scooping” their kennels on a daily basis. Feeding,watering, nuturing, loving, and doing WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE IN THEIR OWN KENNEL! But then again, I highly doubt there is anyone out there that would even trust these two to take out the crap, let alone allow them onto their property for rehabilitation. I give up as I don’t think they will change now or tomorrow so they need to just close up shop for good.

  woooaaaa there, I can speak for myself folks. I said what I said period. I saw a link and I asked a question. I do not know any of you as you do not know me, so when I see something in question I confront. What would prompt me to click on a link on a breeders site if it was heading to Thunder Valley’s site. I will call any one out any time I see them with a Thunder Valley Link link on their site, count on it. Guy, this is not personal with you. Due to the fact I do not know you and I was told by another that you are a “good” guy I eased in with “Guy, not trying to be a pain, well maybe a little”, I normally would have just came right at you, sorry but that’s my way and I take all of this very serious . I did not accuse you of anything I asked you a question. I am on your web site reading about all the great things you are involved with and then I look down and see a link to Thunder valley Rottweilers, before you go and get your panties in a uproar first ask youself what would you have done in the same situation? I am NOT sorry I asked the question, nor was I trying to make light of any of this by making a joke. People this is the real world here, its not about feelings that is going to stop all of this madness concerning Thunder Valley Rottweilers.   Guy, no foul intended. I know now just how badly you have been screwed in the whole Thunder Valley Rottweiler fiasco. No reason for us to be fighting with each other over anything. So folks please understand clearly I did not intend to place Guy’s loyality to the cause on the table.   I am sorry, David, but once you found out that the link was not what you thought, you could have easily apologized. It was an honest mistake.

  Guy has been cheated by Joan Foote probably more than all of us put together.

  And, by the way, there are other sites out there that have a Thunder Valley Link that comes HERE. It is actually better than removing the link as it helps SEO rankings and gets people straight to the truth about Thunder Valley Rottweilers.

  Guy, anyone with a link to Thunder valley Rottweilers on their site, I will automaticly perceive as the oppostion, I am old school and a survivor I will shoot first and sort it out later. I used a whole lot of honey in my dealings with Thunder Valley Rottweilers. All I got was a big sticky mess from all of it. frankly I am all honied out. This is the last I will comment on this subject we are wasting valuable time bickering over this, so please lets move on. David Baker

  can we agree to disagree on tactics when talking to link holders but agree to be tough as hell on joan foote and thunder valley rottweilers bickering among us
  just gives joan foote and thundervalley rottweilers a good laugh. i wont stop until she is in jail or worse and all the dogs are rescued Please lets keep focused on the well being of the Rottweilers At Thunder valley Rottweilers

  Well said, Guy. You, Denice Ray, and others have a staggering amount of money lost due to Joan Foote. And by all means lets keep on the mission. I did want to point out though, it would be difficult to put a monetary amount on the emotional duress caused by Thunder Valley Rottweiler’s criminal activities/cruelty to our beloved Rottie breed. The stories, the pain, the loss, etc. We are all banded together no matter the dollar figure to stop this nightmare. Joan Foote received a personal email from me when this site started. She KNOWS I am committed to help stop her. It has been since 2004 since I have had the nonprivelege to do business with these crooks. I told Joan she will reap what she sows and that is now coming to pass. When all is done and said, she will NOT be the one laughing, rest assured. Oh, and my name has been on my post since the beginning in case one did not know.
