Anyone else notice that the litter due in early Feb 2008 at the Thunder Valley Rottweilers kennel never actually materialized? Or, if it did, was not put on the website? No announcement, no pictures, nothing.
What are you hiding, Joan?
If you would just stop breeding your dogs/trying to sell unregisterable puppies, it would make your life a LOT simpler.
Just a thought.

And there are 2 late March 2008 litter announcements posted that will probably disappear into thin air as well. Of all the things taken down from Thunder Valley Rottweilers site, I am still mortified that they continue to state that “We are Rottweiler code-of-ethics breeders”. That one really turns my stomach and has for some time now(along with all the rest of this mess created by Joan Foote). Have any of you actually looked up what it means to be a “code-of-ethics breeders?” No way in Hell does Joan Foote follow all the criteria involved and should take this down from her site as well. The definition is long and very detailed and does NOT fit her kennel. She should be ashamed to say she is “code-of-ethics”. How about just taking down the whole damn site, quit breeding, and get a J—O—B! Novel idea huh???

That has always bugged the heck out of me as well.
Seems that Joan Foote’s personal definition/interpretation of “Rottweiler code-of-ethics breeders ” is about as opposite as you can get from the AKC version.
In a nutshell:
AKC -
“Be responsible/honest and do everything necessary to improve the breed”
Joan Foote-
“Be totally irresponsible /deceitful and do everything necessary to satisfy your greed”
