On 11/30/2007 We were also personally on Joan Foote’s property to see our girl Jazz & try to find out for ourselves what was actually going on at Thunder Valley Rottweilers. I was told by numerous people that if I cared anything about Jazz, that I should jump on the next flight and go get my dog. People talk and rumors fly, but at this point we had began recieving pictures and emails from all differant people, showing the living conditions of the dogs at Thunder Valley Rottweilers.
When we arrived, we were absolutly horrified when we seen Jazz after only 60 days of going to Thunder Valley. Jazz was absolutly not in the same condition of when she left. Above is a picture taken of Jazz on November 30th, 2007. I think the picture of Jazz shows the condition and the care my rottweiler recieved by Joan Foote and Stephanie Paulter. I also think Jazz’s eyes tell her story!
Needless to say we brought Jazz home. We have continued our battle to get our girl back to her proper weight and back in show condition. Below are the current pictures of Jazz. Our girl is home, happy and healthy once again. I think her smile is worth a thousand words!
I recieved a phone call the other day from a friend of mine. Apparently Joan Foote would like to know if I want to settle. As far as we are concerned, Joan Foote has NOTHING to offer! You are on referral with AKC Joan. You have no AKC papers to offer us. You have completly ruined a beautiful pick of the litter female out of Maik. You have raised her in a box her entire life. You want half of Jazz and all of her future litters. She IS NOT ON THE TABLE JOAN!
I am ready for court on March 19th in PORTLAND, OREGON! That is the only place we will settle!

All I can say is, considering the multi-faceted and mind-boggling level of cruelty behind this crime - and the depth of love and compassion that our members here feel for the breed - Joan Foote is fortunate to BE ON THIS EARTH and ABLE to go before a judge!
Many, many rotties have lost their lives because of her actions.
Joan Foote, you are being called into account for all the animals you have starved, abused and killed, all the money you have stolen, all the lies you have told and all the hearts you have broken.
You still have time to confess and do the right thing - get the dogs in your care to their RIGHTFUL owners, and those dogs unfortunate enough to have had to call YOU their master into the rescue system.
It is time to face the fact that you will never be able to legally own or breed dogs ever again.

I would like to hear Joan & Stephanie’s reply as to how Jazz looked when she left their property. I would not be so apt to fight if I was walking in their shoes.

Apparently people do not like me writing on a Blog site. That is okay. 8 more days and I am jumping up and down. I can’t wait to go to court and get this whole damn thing settled. 8 days & counting. Have you sent me your affidavit Dave? Apparently Fentress County’s finest have possibly sent Joan their’s. I will say for the record once again that SOMETHING IS WRONG With fentress county. Maybe I should contact the TWO deputy sherriff’s that agreed 100% that the condition of Jazz was absolutly not right, and that my dog had missed most definatly more than a few feedings. Jazz does not even resemble the malnurished, brow beaten dog that left Death Valley’s property!

Sara, have you run into trouble because you are writing the TRUTH about Joan Foote and the practices at Thunder Valley? It is pretty sad that people are so darn scared of Joan suing them (ha!) that they just roll right over and do what she says.
Good thing our ADMIN is not a chicken and knows that if you are telling the truth, you cannot be sued for slander.
Good thing that all who post the truth here will not have to worry about being silenced!!

No trouble here. The only things I have ever written are the truth. Jazz speaks for herself and what happened in 60 days at thunder valley. I am very prepared to go to court. I can’t wait!

Sara; after reading your recent post regarding “people do not like me writing on a Blog site”, the golden question you must ask yourself is—”DO YOU REALLY GIVE A SHIT WHAT THEY SAY!!!” I would bet that answer is a very firm NO!!!
After over 3 months since the inception of this site, over 78 THOUSAND hits, TONS of Rottweiler lovers coming together in outrage over the cruelty and horrendous crimes committed by Joan Foote of Thunder Valley Rottweilers, it is JOAN FOOTE that must now defend herself in courts all around. NOT US for God’s sake!!!! We have already stated our truth time and time again on this site and elsewhere. Now the time is here for Joan Foote to stand up in court and defend her absolutely unacceptable actions to her Rotties, her customers, and anyone else caught in the crossfire of her crimes. Does she have a defense? In my mind, and many others, HELL NO! Things will come to light very soon now, the truth will prevail, and we believe in our hearts that Joan Foote’s criminal ways will be nothing more but a bad memory.
Sara, your time in court is soon and our prayers are with you. You have been a fighter from day one and because of that, your Jazz has a safe, loving home with you. I know you won’t give up and remember the mission. We are behind you.

I guess I will be careful on my comment here, but you know me very well Randi. I was raised to never quit. The sad thing is there will be no winners. Regardless of what happens in either court date next week, Joan Foote has a spectacular way of fooling people. I am positive that I have as strong of a case as I can have. I have the truth and Jazz on my side. I am a winner to get Jazz off of their property, but Von Sarco’s Tennesse Ransom or Baccarra will lose. All the rottweilers left behind have already lost.

You have stated the truth here Sara. But as for no winners, I need to point this out. By ending Joan Foote’s criminal ways, the winners are all future Rotties, and all potential customers that will not fall into her wicked, cruel, hands. It is true, the harm is already done to countless Rotties, to countless victims. BUT, we would all not be on the mission if we thought we would not make a difference by helping these victims and helping others from falling for the lies, deception, and cruelty. This insanity will NOT continue and you need to believe that and focus on the future and the end of Thunder Valley Rottweilers bullshit. Their reputation is shot. There will be victories and justice throughout the US and we need to hold onto all the good that will come from all of us taking a stand. Joan Foote will NOT defeat us, PERIOD. Believe it, know it, and live it. You are a very strong person, Sara, and Joan Foote will answer for her crimes in court. I don’t care how much she lies, they will see right through her. And you will NEVER have to associate with her again. For that, you can thank our almighty Lord and your willingness to take a stand to end this along with many others.
