I just received an email from a friend in Jamestown that yesterday’s paper had a write up where Joan and Stephanie had gone to court on bad checks. I don’t have all the details yet, but maybe her scamming is catching up with her. It is about time, don’t you think?? When I receive a copy of the article, I will post it here.

General Sessions Court Report:
Stephanie Paulter pled guilty to the charge of Theft Under $500 and was fined $150 plus court costs of $395, was ordered to make restitution of $410, and was placed on probation for one year.
JoAnn (how paper spelled it) entered a guilty plea to the charge of Passing a Worthless Check and was fined $75 plus court costs of $395, was ordered to make restitution of $465, and was placed on probation for one year.
