Hello !!! Joan Foote

Good day Joan, I hope all is well with you down in Fentress County TN. It would be a such shame to see you under duress perhaps even feeling shame, humilation or embarrasment for all the various manners in which you have used and abused so many of your fellow human , canine and other members of the animal kingdom.  I bet you thought since I was not posting on the site I had gone away. So sorry to disappoint , but you did’nt really think I would just let you off, now did you? You don’t really think all the rest of your victims have disappeared also?  Did you really think you got away with all of your misdeeds? Do you think we would just forget it all? Once more your going to be disapointed, because we are all still here, ALL OF US,  just waiting , patiently I might add for you do come clean and do the right thing. Opps, like that will ever really happen,( yawn) . So start watching the mail and listening for the door bell. The dawn of our day is coming, justice will soon be shining bright and you will answer to the courts for all your actions. Joan you live in america, you have the right to do, act or behave any way you like. However we are a nation of laws and you will be held accountabe for the manner in which you have choosen to exercise your rights and these freedoms. The truth will prevale and justice will be served, count on it. David Baker

    Amen, David. I once had a labor union lawyer tell me: “The wheels of justice grind slowly, but they grind exceedingly FINE!!!” Yes, we are ALL still here; we are patient, attentive and will insist that Joan Foote and Stephanie Paulter have their day(s) in court. We must also continue to pray for the poor animals still within their “care”, that those animals also get their “day in court”, if only the final one, with the Lord God Himself!

    Joan/Stephanie; you bet we are all here and waiting and praying for the conclusion to this nightmare that the both of you created. So you both are in the newspaper, huh? Does that surprise any of us? Of course not. We “knew” this day and others were coming. It was just a matter of time that your crooked ways would catch up to you both and patience on our part is a vertue to be sure. A very prominent person in the Rottweiler community said that “you are all done”(regarding being a Rottweiler breeder). This person knows it, we pray for it, and by your own hand it is happening. And just because you are supposedly bringing more horses into your property, don’t think that you won’t have to account for their care and treatment as well. I have been involved with horses for many years and there are laws to protect them too and you will NOT get away with any possible mistreatment of these animals. There are TONS of Rottie lovers out there, and TONS of horse lovers as well. Just remember, you WILL be held accountable in all your actions as there are laws to protect ALL animals. Yes, justice is being served, one day at a time, one case at a time. Enjoy your summer Joan/Stephanie. You did it to yourselves.

    Joan AKA “JoAnn Foote and Stephanie Paulter , guess you both need to watch your P’s and Q’s while your on probation for the next year. I wonder how its gonna look when all these case we have ALL been holding back start making there way into the court system, Trust me , I will personally make sure your probation officer has first hand knowlege of all the court cases. Know thisalso, you stole $1500.00 of mine and Norma’s hard earned money, you better pray there is no way we can pursue a criminal complaint against you, up to this point I have not looked into this as an option HOWEVER, if it can be done TRUST ME I will be ON IT. Your time to voluntarilyly do the “right” thing has ended, its time for us to turn this over to the proper authorities to let them make you do the “right” thing or at the very least be held accountable for your past actions. AHHHH the sweet bird of “freedom” enjoy it while you can. AS Quoted from the Fentress county Courier dated 7/01/2008 .. LOL .. check back later the whole article will be posted, but what am I saying JoAnn you and Stephaine were there in court you know first hand what went down, so I guess it have to be posted for the rest of the world to witness.     Hey Dunk, it’s just getting started… she has to walk the straight line , no detours not even a quiver for one year. I wonder want the deal was with the DA for her to get probation? maybe one year suspended? Well guess what Joan, you better be cool, real cool cause you have a lot of shadows watching you. None of us “shadows ”
    asked for the job you forced it upon us, so now you are gonna deal with it !!!Anyone out there want to make a friendly wager on the outcome of this one? LOL Dunk we do not know yet what she and Stephanie were convicted of, trust me though it will be looked into next week and as its public info , we will know and then the whole wide world will also know. Hell, she cannot run and hide now, she can avoid our emails and calls but she cannot do that to the public officials that convicted her, well at least not and keep out of prison. Frankly Dunk, it’s all over for them. So Joan or JoAnn whatever your real name is , mark this day, remember all of us you screwed in your devient and various ways, cause your days to accountablity are numbed and the count down has begun.     Joan and Stephanie…I have wanted to e-mail you for a very long time how I felt betrayed by you. You would not have responded, so I am writing to you now, so that other people can see how heartless you are.

    You knew what my expectations were. You knew that I was a first time rottie owner and how excited I was. I trusted you. You have no idea how crushed I was to learn that Khori has a leaky heart valve. I sent you paperwork from the specialist and never did you care to respond to me. I really thought you were a breeder that I could trust and learn from. I was sadly mistaken.

    You didn’t care, about me, and my family when you sold a puppy to me with temperament problems. It wasn’t caused from me raising Khori, it was already in him from day one. It came from the breeding practices of an irresponsible breeder as your selves.

    Do you care about all the tears that I have shed since owning him, the heartache, the hard work dealing with his food aggression, temperament, attacking my other dogs which you thought was funny. Yes, Joan and Stephanie, I still have that e-mail from you.

    Because of who Khori is, I am unable to show him, do any type of dog sports, and is unable to be a demo dog for my classes. Stephanie, I am so disappointed in you. You were a PetSmart trainer as I was. You should have known what type of temperament it takes for a demo dog. I trusted you to find the right puppy for me. .

    I will be with Khori every step of the way. Any other owner would have euthanized him well before this. I had to hire a trainer that I am in debt. Worrying about when he gets older that his heart problem will take his life. I can not board him unless it is with the trainer that costs me a lot of money. I do not trust him with my family and friends. Everything evolves around him, but I love him. He wants to be good, but sometimes it just happens to him.

    You are one of my life’s lessons and I have learned from my experience. Joan and Stephanie, I can not forgive you. It hurts too bad inside.

    Sorry to say most of us understand first hand just how heartless Joan and Stephanie are. Why could they have not just done what they promised? Why did they insist in this manner of treatment to so many? Why did they feel it was within their right to make financial agreements with some many , only to never do as agreed on? Why so many sisck dogs and puppies? always starts with why and ends with a question mark when it comes to dealing with Joan Foote and Stephanie Paulter…… always

    OMG! I leave for a dog show and look what happens. The only differance is that I am no longer speechless. What goes around comes around. I guess the Karma is catching up. LOL!

    Jazz will not be held back. She weighs 81.6 lbs now Joan. Remember the day we picked her up? Let me remind you that in your care Jazz weighed in at 59 pounds.

    We just got home from Canada Joan. Guess your not a very popular girl in the dog shows lately. Jazz went in open bitch Saturday. She turned 2 years old the exact same day. We went V2 Joan. It is amazing what food & love can do.

    Our court date is coming fast. Apparently I can expect you to not show up again. That financial distress just seems to be on a more regular basis for you now.

    I feel like JUSTICE has been patiently awaiting. I have all the time in the world.
