THE WHEELS ARE STILL ROLLING - JUSTICE HAS STARTED TO PREVAIL

July 25th, 2008 · 4 Comments

The AKC’s Management Disciplinary Committee has suspended the following individuals from all AKC privileges for six months and imposed a $500 fine for non-compliance with AKC’s record keeping and dog identification requirements, and the AKC’s Care and Conditions Policy (unacceptable conditions, dogs and/or facility) effective October 17, 2007:

Ms. Joan B. Foote (Allardt, Tn) Rottweiler

Ms. Stephanie Paulter (Allardt, Tn) Rottweiler

General Sessions Court Report:

Stephanie Paulter pled guilty to the charge of Theft Under $500 and was fined $150 plus court costs of $395, was ordered to make restitution of $410, and was placed on probation for one year.

JoAnn (how paper spelled it) entered a guilty plea to the charge of Passing a Worthless Check and was fined $75 plus court costs of $395, was ordered to make restitution of $465, and was placed on probation for one year.

For all the new comers and all our fellow members:

Things happened to get a little bit heated last week between members & friends.   Nothing was ever supposed to get so heated or get carried away like they were.  A lot of us have been here for what seems like an eterinity.  We have laughed together & cried together.  We have screamed & joined forces to try and stop a known criminal.   Things got heated up becouse some of us are tired.  I guess the real words should be we needed to sit back & take a breath and look at the big picture.

A post was started and every single person took it very differantly.  That is why we are all are own individual person/persons.  Feelings were hurt & friendships were also.   Joan Foote and Stephanie Paulter have left a very nasty taste in the mouths of all.   You can feel it in the air at times.  All I know is I personally started on a mission.  I started posting here to help other victims and to seek the comfort of others as well.

The wheels of justice move very slowly as we have been told.  Everything is catching up to Joan & Stephanie.  Is our job here done?  Absolutly not!  Have any of us given up?  I know I havn’t.  The rest of the story will unravel at it’s own pace.

Well Joan & Stephanie it is now official…. I received a letter from the courts today. You want to appear via telephone…… Guess what? I guess you better be checking your mail tomorrow.

I think you had both best be CONTACTING YOUR PROBATION OFFICERS…..

Like I told you face to face in Tennesse….. The next time we meet will be in an Oregon Court of Law.

I guess the last minute plane tickets are really going to cost you. You can come to court, or maybe pay your court fines, or possibly pay your AKC fines. Ouch!

That is what you call the wheels of Justice.

Joan, I am pleased to hear that you and Stephanie have taken interest in the horses and that you attended the Jamestown Humane Society Benefit Horse Show yesterday.
I am so sorry that you had to leave unexpectedly.
