I was always told, that I spoke before thinking. That sometimes honesty is to harsh. I believe that a person is only as good as their word. I believe if we sugar-coat the truth, than it is a lie. That we are what we stand for. I am guilty for believing with all my heart in Joan Foote. I am guilty of going against family and friends when I was warned about Joan. I am guilty for letting Jazz be abused at the hands of a stranger. From back in November there have been so many Red Flags popping up. I am guilty for ignoring many of these same flags. I am so very far from ever claiming to be perfect. I believe we all make mistakes. I also believe that we should never asked to change one second of our lives. No matter how bad that second may have been, It has part of making us who we are now. I also believe that writing this letter will put an end to this journey, and let my family and I open new doors.
I was asked by a friend to change some of my wording. I have also thought long and hard about that. If I change one word here, I will be trying to change who I am. I will be trying to sugar-coat the bitter taste left in my mouth by many I have met along the way. I cant change one word that I have written here. Not one. We were there on that property. What we seen will haunt us forever. These words are nothing more than my honest opinion. No more… No less… Tomorrow is the start of putting all of this behind me. I believe that we have to stand up if we think something is wrong. Thats why I will be in the courtroom tomorrow. I believe with everything in me that as a unit… and united, Joan Foote could have been finished once and for all. I also believe in my heart that once again she will continue as always, becouse too many important people have dropped the ball. Anyway, win, lose or draw…… My court date is tomorrow!

Photographers - Each and everyone of you deserve more than a Thank You…. You gave us part of the Proof needed to aid in our Court Case against Joan Foote & Stephanie Paulter. For this… We are forever grateful. May your pictures and Love of these dogs burn in the minds of everyone who saw them.
Photographers - “I will never understand the unwillingness to come forward”! No BS! No Excuses! Nobody in their right mind would convict you for showing the world the truth. Shame on you for talking the talk, but refusing to take a step forward and walk the walk. The pictures were greatly appreciated, but Joan Foote will continue in buisness becouse you are reluctant at best to turn these pictures over to the proper authorities. You hold the key to finishing the puzzle. Yet, you are still reluctant. From the very beginning I questioned this…… Still to this day, I will asked you why……. Is there possibly more to the story? All I know is those rotties have suffered and you are greatly responsible for keeping them there!
I have talked to many breeders & many victims that have dealt with Joan Foote for the last few/several years. Several of you were very close to Joan for numerous years. Several of you still refuse to come clean. Several of you still Co-own dogs on Joan’s property, yet have made no attempt to remove them. To some, you are no better than Joan Foote herself! We saw all the dogs in her garage. How many years did you all witness this? How many years did you know about all the unethical BS and never did anything to stop her? The stories you have ALL told me….. Each and Everyone of you are responsible in part for Joan Foote! Each and everyone of you that sat by quietly for all this time… throughout all these years …….. Sara, good luck tomorrow. I’m sure that is the beginning of the very end for Thunder Valley Rottweilers, Joan Foote, and Stephanie Paulter.
I too wish that the people who have taken pictures of conditions at the Thunder Valley property would come forward and testify.. somewhere, anywhere.
I also wish that some of the other ‘victims’ would press charges and actually take their cases to court — instead of just writing harsh words here. Actions speak louder than words, they still have time, and perhaps with your victory they will find some courage.

Bless your heart Sara; you go with God as He has been with you throughout this entire journey. After tomorrow, you, Jazz, and your family will open up a new chapter in your lives, a much better one to be sure. We may never understand the actions of others or lack there of, but you can go to sleep at night knowing you gave Jazz 100% from day one. Many helped and God bless them too. Walk in peace, Sara, as you and Jazz deserve it. We will also keep praying for the other Victims and the precious Rotties. As for TVR, they will answer to God(they already are) and if they did not ever fear us, they should fear Him.

Thank you!!!! from the bottom of my heart. Your info. in the beginning of this nightmare. Really put me on the path to try and focus on my Blitz and not the criminal. Also not to give in and to be consistent and fight for justice.

Duncan I would “LOVE” to see the current pictures of Blitz. Baccara is also doing great! I hope through this whole nightmare I really did help as many people as I possibly tried to help.
Joan Foote is a criminal. She has no regards for her Rotties or anyone else. That was proven to me for the last time today, when she could not even show up in a court room to TRY and defend herself. Her Kennel. Or her name.,
Joan Foote has just began to get justice. The rest is up to all of you. Joan Foote has many charges that can still be faught and won. Small claims is only a start. Extortion and interstate theft is still very possible for many of you.
I hope everyone is able to get the rightful paperwork on their dogs. AKC and the court systems can help everyone. You have to be willing to stand up and fight. Joan does not have what it takes to fight any of us back.
