It is often said that there are no winners in court. But today, in a small courtroom in Oregon, Sara Bird and Jazz won hands down. Jazz will forever remain with Sara, her true and rightful, loving, owner, and there were also monies awarded to Sara. Sara took a stand against Joan Foote and Stephanie Paulter, of Thunder Valley Rottweilers, TN, and NEVER gave up. Sara’s deep love of her Rotties, her dedication to them, and pure courage throughout this entire nightmare regarding these 2 evil people(Joan/Stephanie)never wavered once. Sara and Jazz can hold their heads up high and can once again have a normal life. The truth was told in this Oregon courtroom, and because of it justice has been served. Joan and Stephanies’ atrocities were displayed in front of an honorable judge today and Sara and Jazz came out the winning parties. There were tears in this courtroom today, there were tears out of this courtroom today, and maybe there will be more tears shed tomorrow. But that is o.k. because it comes from the heart, it comes from people such as Sara and those that love her, Jazz, and her family deeply. It comes from a deep love of animals, a deep sense of what is right and wrong in this world today. Joan Foote and Stephanie Paulter do not begin to know the meaning of these words and that is why they lost in this Oregon courtroom today and will continue losing.

I am so glad that you and Jazz won in court. I hope everyone’s letters helped in some way and I hope everyone else that has been a victim of TVR gets justice as well. I have been praying about it along with everyone else. I know I have been silent for a while, but I go to this site almost everyday and read about what is going on. I had lost $1500 from TVR in the beginning, but I won $1000 of it back with American Express. They are taking her to court to get their money back. I paid the last $500
through PayPal with cash from my checking account. PayPal also ruled in my favor for the $500, but they were unable to recover it. I am in the process of filing to get the last $500 back.
I pray everyday about this entire situation and I truly believe that both Joan and Stephanie will get what they deserve and the Rotties, horses, cats and child will be safe and have loving homes. They both belong in prison and that special place that God reserves for scum like them. Take care everyone.

Lisa; congrats bigtime on sticking it out and getting most of your money back from those thieves! That is what it takes, time, patience, perseverance, and the willingness to fight for what is right. It does take time, and it can wear one down almost to the point of giving up. That is what they(Joan/Stephanie) want, they is what they hope for and live for. But they are sorely mistaken as evidenced by you Lisa, and Sara. Kudos to you both and kudos to any others with pending court cases. We wish you all the best and you are in our prayers.
And Duncan, that is really awesome that your Blitz is doing so well and is so healthy. Good job on your part!

Hello Everyone,
Now that I have caught my breath from our court date….. Guess what? I am absolutly not done yet! Joan Foote still has rottweilers on her property. Joan still has Von Sarco’s Tennesse Ransom…. Guess what Joan? You will never see the AKC papers on my dog… That is a promise. Court is over, but now there is still unfinished buisness. We have a judgement against you & Stephanie. for approx. $5700.00. That is just a drop in the bucket. Now sit back ladies and get prepared for whats coming your way.

As we say up here in the country, YEE HAW!!!!! Now that is the Sara we know and love!!!!! Behind ya all the way gal, ready and willing to do what it takes to help you and those Rotties!!!!! Gee Joan and Stephanine, did ya really think we would all just call it a day, sweep it under the rug and PRETEND that you did NOTHING to those precious Rotties and victims too??? Guess you don’t know us all very well. Guess we are going to get up close and personal and that does NOT mean to have a cup of coffee with you!!!
