After 8 months since the inception of this site, over 98 THOUSAND hits, TONS of Rottweiler lovers coming together in outrage over the cruelty and horrendous crimes committed by Joan Foote & Stephanie Paulter of Thunder Valley Rottweilers. It is JOAN FOOTE that must now defend herself in courts. We have already stated our truth time and time again on this site and elsewhere. Now the time is here for Joan Foote to stand up in court and defend her unacceptable actions to her Rotties, her customers, and anyone else caught in the crossfire of her crimes. Defend herself in the courtroom for Check Fraud. Defend herself to AKC for negligence of animals. Clear out her house & her belongings for not making her house payment & FORECLOSURE!
We all hoped & prayed from the beginning of this site that things would eventually come to light. We all banned together & prayed that the truth would eventually prevail. We believed in our hearts & prayed that Joan Foote’s criminal ways would one day be nothing more than a bad memory.
We have stated the truth here. We have written letters and done everything possible to try and end Joan Foote’s criminal ways. “The winners will not be any of us”. The winners will be all future Rotties, and all potential customers that will not fall into Joan Foote & Stephanie Paulter’s wicked, cruel, hands.
The harm has already been done to countless Rotties & to countless victims.
We all started this site with one goal in mind, to try and make a difference by helping new victims and helping others from falling for the lies, deception, and cruelty of Joan Foote & Stephanie Paulter. Their reputation is shot.
There have been victories! They have started to be held accountable. Joan Foote will NOT defeat us, PERIOD. Joan Foote & Stephanie Paulter have only now began to reap their rewards.

Okay, folks, do we know what the disposition of the dogs will be? When? I know of myself and one other person in Wisconsin who is/are willing to take a couple dogs each. Have the local authorites been notified of the potential for her to be “disposing” of unwanted animals at shelters or maybe just turning them loose? God, I hope she doesn’t do anything really bad to those animals. I heard that Joan was going to try to get “into” horses,too. What about anything alive that this pair of bad actors owns? What about the dogs that have co-owners? Will the authorites, if they are involved, know what to look for or are these “potentially dangerous” dogs going to wind up in a worse predicament?
Does anybody know? Please keep us all up to speed. Thanks! And Thank YOU, LORD!!!

Amen that Joan and Stephanie are finally getting what they deserve, but what about the child and the animals that 100% completely depend on these two for everything to stay alive. I couldn’t care less what happens to either of them, but if they have no place to live what is going to happen to all of the animals? As sick and these two are they would probably rather see the animals dead than end up with anybody on this site - THAT IS VERY SCARY TO THINK ABOUT.

Joan is in what they call Pre-foreclosure. She is more than likely still in the house. The bank is taking the steps to see if someone will buy the house. More than likely the shape the house is in, this will not happen. The house than will go into foreclosure. It could take time. She can be out tomorrow, or possibly a year from tomorrow.

But, it takes exactly what we have been doing. Telling the truth. Trying to let the public know exactly what we have all been through and witnessed. We all promised to be here until the end. It seems like it has been an eternity. It seems like there is no light under the tunnel. We have let thousands of people know exactly what they will get dealing with Joan Foote. Her reputation speaks for itself. Joan Foote is nothing more than a puppy mill.

Amen Sara. It has been nothing BUT the truth from day one and now look at what has happened once we all banded together and said enough is enough. I sent an email to Joan dated Dec. 11, 2007 after this site came about. Thought you all might enjoy reading it as many of us from the beginning refused to give up and knew the light at the end of the tunnel was coming eventually. Me personally, I knew God would take control and that He has done. Here is my email. And Joan/Stephanie, go ahead and laugh at us now.

Dear Joan; a saying I would like to pass on to you at this time of your glory. “Vengeance is mine sayeth the Lord”. I told you from before that what you reap, you will sow. You did not believe me and threw those words back into my face. I hope you are happy as you and Stephanie are now all over the internet. I thought you would have changed but knew deep down you wouldn’t. God has now stepped in as I knew He would and will begin protecting these innnocent animals and customers. You worked so hard to do what you have done, but you will NEVER win against God. He is the ONLY one that will save your ass now.

You know what Randi? Joan Foote could still do the right thing…. TURN OVER THE DOGS TO THEIR RIGHTFUL OWNERS. As far as the rest of the rotties…. Look on any of the forums… There are many people who would drive to Tennesse to save the rest.
What about it Joan Foote? Just think…. we would all leave you alone if you will just do the right thing!

You are absolutely right Sara. They both could do the “right” thing and place those precious Rotties into the loving hands where they belong. But sorry, they do not have the “mentality, morals, conscience, or decency” to do what is right or they would have done it long ago. Excuse me for digging up old emails, but here is a part of one email I received from Stephanie regarding getting Dillon’s papers back. Her email is so laughable and I am sure many victims will agree. Dillon was born May 2005 and it took over a year to get those papers fighting them tooth and nail.
Here is a portion of this email and written by Stephanie dated 9-14-05
“We are honest and good people and have told you truthfully time and time again that you will get your papers. I get defensive when people try and make us out to be anything but that. You got a beautiful high quality puppy that we pride ourselves in always producing and you will get his papers as soon as they are available”.
Since when have they EVER been “honest and good people” and “always” producing a high quality puppy. Her email to me was NOTHING but lies and BULLSHIT. Dillon came to me in tough shape, thin, full of worms, ear infections, dull coat, and weak back end from no exercise. And to top it off, NO PAPERS! Was I going to send him back to that SHITHOLE, absolutely NOT.
So you see, I have my reasons too for coming on board to help others to shut down these crooks, these cruel insensitive, sub humans. Along with TONS of other victims that have come forward since day one. Soon, we can all rejoice in the victory of what we set out to do. Judgement day is here and now. Joan and Stephanie, you are soon going to be NOTHING but a bad memory and you both did it to yourselves. Are you laughing now? Just look in the mirror, there you will see the person that destroyed you and Thunder Valley Rottweilers. All things must come to an end, and to that I say “AMEN”.
