  This is not the time to leave any of us hanging. What is going on and how the hell can we all help?
  You cant post this and leave it up in the air. To the photographers and all… you are right there. We are all miles away. You can come forward for once damnit. There are apparently rotties who need our help.
  Without naming any names, if you couldnt stand up and help me damnit….. HELP THESE DOGS NOW! This is on your shoulders.

  O.K. people we have come a long way in this nightmare and have worked extremely hard “together” to end it. Now is not the time to play games. What is happening behind the scenes and please come forward with any new information that will help these poor Rotties. I am sure we will find out soon, hopefully today. We are well aware of the foreclosure but need to know what the heck is going on with those Rotties. Who is feeding/caring for them and what can be done to help them? We did not begin all this just to bail on each other right when we need each other the most!

  hello all !!! nice to have my voice back . Hmmm alot of stuff is going on right now, some may feel its good some may not agree. As for me, well what can I say? Or can I say? Oh what the heck!! First order of business .. my apologies to the group as a whole, I let my personal feelings over take the groups standard of reason. That said, lets move on. What is happening currently, well frankly its sad. This is life changing stuff, real shit, street shit !!! (sorry my bad just had to add that) There are people and animals in need of our understanding, compassion and most of all our help. This is not the time for grandstanding or personal gain, its dig deep and get down to business time. I often tell this story ” me” I am not trying to be purfect, last person that was purfect got nailed to a cross, “me” sorry I am a wimp please do not nail me to a cross, not trying to be funny real sorry folks just being honest about things !! I know ha ha ha but you know what? its the truth !!! Tell you something else I do NOT believe in turning the other cheek .. screw me once shame on you screw me twice shame on me !!! LOL .. so when I am done I am done, but thats just me !! LOL man a whole lot of old time saying coming out my mouth today , HUH? Point is no one has all the true answers. Right now the animals need our help, Tim and his family need our help. It’s’ dig deep time, not what about “me” time or what I did time. If your fake or have a purpose beyond the good of those in need, do all of us a favor, please !! leave it !!! just !! leave it!!   In reply to the post “what is needed” . The above post was directed to all the co-owners , it gave them the contact info for the Sheriff’s office. Nowhere does it say the dogs/animals are not being fed. There are no undertones or jiber jaber hush hush goings on by the person whom started this post. It addressed current events at the time of its creation, no more no less. It was asked on the latest post “what is needed” , well, how about everyone thinking like boy scouts? “always being prepared”. Right now (this moment) nothing is happening that warrents action. Rational use of a wonderful thing called “common sense” would indicate that things are very fluid and change could happen without notice, hence, “being prepared”. The same common sense would direct our understanding to the fact that this is the only thing we can do, be prepared and wait !! I personally do not care what happens to Joan or Stephanie. They took our monies and these monies are long gone, used for their own purpose , not as promised, guess what? the key word is “gone” . What remains ? the residue of the constant use /misuse of this type of behavior, but this is much bigger than how I feel about it, the ones that will suffer further are the animals and the children. So back to the question “what is needed”, it seems to me the best way to help is to be ready to help, keep watching this site, as useful , purposeful information is discovered it will be posted. Just because people/persons do not post does not mean they are sitting on their perspective “hands” , nothing could be further from the truth, a watchful eye is always about. These same persons are not about personal reward other than to see things work out for all the victims both out of state and on premise. These same persons are not attacking, cruel, hateful, vindictive nor are being extrortive in their actions. They are doing what they have done from day one. Keeping their eye (s) on the ball, holding reason above emotion. I take my hat off to all of them, I am humbled by them, I am proud to know them and flattered they count me as a friend. I know and trust that at the end of the day it will be said by many ” I had no idea all they were doing” it will also be said ” and they did so that others may not suffer” not because it in anyway profited them at any level. These people are the real “heros” . So my turn to ask a question “Do you want to know what is needed or do you just want to know the latest gossip?” Folks, none of us need to be told what we need to do, we just need to be ready to do it should the time come we are called upon to act.   David, you are welcome. Also thank you for recogonizing that some of us have thankless jobs for which we have no possibility of personal gain.

  I salute the folks who are working hard (often times silently and without help from others) to help put a stop to criminal and cruel behavior.

  I know that there are people who are members of this site who are out money, because they were hoodwinked by Joan Foote and Stephanie Paulter. BUT there are also people who are out money because they CHOSE to help others and to try to stop Thunder Valley Rottweilers from collecting any more victims. Those people have stuck their necks out more than anyone can know…. and I’ll be damned if I’m going to let any harm come to them on my watch.

  Admin, I have to mention an issue. As I am unable to post only make comments I had to use the comment way to post . I have it thru the e-grapeline that I have been called out on another forum ( I follow only this one although I did verify its real in this case). It seems that my request for help with the animals is Ok, however requesting help for Tim and his family is not acceptable. When my wife and I were onsite at Joans house last year picking up Sydney , we had the chance to meet two of Tim’s children , both little girls under the age of 10 . Both of these little girls were well mannered, kind and very loving to any of the animals that were about. True , they were wearing dirty clothes and were a mite dirty themselves , but the dirt issues had nothing to do with the fact they are human beings . Also not forgetting the fact they are little kids!!! Admin, I love rotties , there is not a single thing about them I can fault, I am blessed to have two wonderful pals in my home today with many more to follow I hope. My pals are social beings and wonderful companions. They are socialized daily, we all know this helps to keep them balanced, dont we folks ? Here is what I was asked on the other site and I quote” Tell me, did he beg for Forgiveness to you Connor? Did you make him see the light? Who’s to say that IF WE DONATED TO HIM OR HIS FAMILY; that the proceeds wouldn’t be turned right over to TVR?! ” This is as quoted verbatim. Why would Tim have to beg anything of me or anyone else? Thru my eyes I feel its a good thing Tim remained at Thunder Valley at least someone was in some way taking care of the animals. At least the rotties have continued to be around people, both adult and children. That fact alone may help them to not be destroyed should they have to be removed / taken from the premises. I do not think much of Joan or Stephanie nor would I ever give them anymore of my hard earned cash but if they were starving I would feed them. If they were cold I would give them a blanket. That does not mean I would not also like to see them spend some “time” thinking about all their misdeeds. Its just not my right to judge or punish them. Same goes for Tim and his family, some are pissed off at Tim for reasons it would be unfair of me to mention here. ( unfair to Tim no one else) Now his failure to these same persons has become his burden and crime? Pesonally I have never spoken to Tim, never emailed with him, never had contact with him in any way. He does not have to ask me for anything. I respect the fact he is still there, I respect the fact that should the dogs be taken away he knows these dogs, handles these dogs and may be the edge needed to convince the authorities they are worth saving. In fact he and his family may well be what is saving these animals. Now I am not saying send him and his family cash . I am saying this, with my own two eyes I witnessed those two little girls and nothing or no one can convince me that they do not deserve our help , compassion or understanding, NO ONE !! My advice would be the next time you sign off “GOD BLESS” “Mr question maker” you kick in a word or two for those less fortunate , lest he who judges be judged themselves. Next time you want to talk shit about me or call me out , at least do it to my face or on a forum I am a part of. I did not ask you to do anything personally or in my behalf or anothers. This is not about your personal feelings nor mine, its about human and canine victims that may need help. If you dont want to help Tim and his family that is your choice as its your right. I also have rights and have choosen to take a different path than yours. David Baker

  Well folks once more I find myself at the keyboard. Most of you are thinking ” man, does this guy ever get fed up with this stuff” Frankly “I do and I am” that is why I feel compeled to sit down and write these comments. Before I was a part of this website, I was a victim of Thunder Valley Rottweilers , Joan Foote and Stephanie Paulter, however even before that I was a victim of my own illusion of what was to be expected from these same people. It seemed to be a miracle that I found myself bonded to so many other victims of these same people, in all honesty at first, I ignored all the warning signs, all the ringing bells, all the blaring red lights. Plainly put , I stuck my head in the sand and pretended all was going to be great now that we (the victims) were united and all these horriable issues were exposed and out in the open. Was I ever “blind” or what?, I have met some really selfish people thru all this, really selfish !!! Now I do not expect them to “see the light” anymore than I expect Joan or Stephanie to embrace the truth. Matter of fact I bet a whole bunch of them got their tails in a spin from my last comment, LOL, does “my body good” to know that !!! For real, it a sick world when others feel they have the right to make personal gain from the mis-deeds of others. In my mind they are even worse than those accused . Opportunists comes to mind, plain and simple “opportunists”. I would like to remind all of the victims of Joan Foote and Stephanie Pauler, that we are “victims”, yes and we will always remain victims, some of us lost monies, some of us co-own , some of us have rottys without papers, some have sick animals, some have already watched their pals cross the rainbow bridge. Folks, we can move on, the animals still on premise have no choices, the animals are still in it day in and day out. Joan and Stephanie just keep digging a bigger hole for themselves , unfortunately, we all must sit and wait for their illusion to collapse prior to our being allowed to help these poor creatures. Most of us have recently recieved email(s) from a disgruntled members , these emails are in fact disturbing , off point and serve no purpose other “than” to edify the author. I would ask that as a whole we look beyond all this ” self serving” behavior and keep our focus entirely on the animals still at Thunder Valley Kennels. We need to be ready if the worst happens. We do not need to be concerned if some of the “victims” have their tail feathers in an uproar. As I said prior lets “be prepared” should our help be needed. Lets be ready to help those that cannot help themselves. Those so full of themselves, “well” stay home your kind of “help ” we do not need, its already complicated enough as it is !! . David Baker
