My best advice to you is to contact a lawyer and have the lawyer tell you what your rights are according to the contract that you have with Joan Foote and Thunder Valley Rottweilers.
If you don’t have a contract, then you need to see what your rights are as could be inferred from joint listing on the registration papers.
If you have neither a contract nor papers with your name on them, and have been relying on Joan Foote’s word, then I guess you already know that you are SOL.
I’m quite sure that once there is information about ‘what is really happening’ at TVR it will be posted here immediately as things happen and facts can be verified. For the time being, it is my understanding that the dogs are being cared for (at least to the same standard as usual for Joan) and aren’t in immediate trouble.
So folks, the best thing to do now is to do what David Baker says, ‘prepare’ for what is coming and be patient.
