I just took a look at the Thunder Valley website….. Joan has her BREEDING STOCK up for sale!
She does not give an asking price. Anyone curious enough to try to find out what she wants?
Time is running out - I only hope that any c0-owners can get custody of their dogs.

Theft Offenses. In Tennessee, theft is divided into “theft of property” and “theft of services.” One is guilty of theft of property “if, with intent to deprive the owner of property, the person knowingly obtains or exercises control over the property without the owner’s effective consent.” T.C.A. § 39-14-103. One is guilty of theft of services if he or she “(1) Intentionally obtains services by deception, fraud, coercion, false pretense or any other means to avoid payment for the services; (2) Having control over the disposition of services to others, knowingly diverts those services to the person’s own benefit or to the benefit of another not entitled thereto; or (3) Knowingly absconds from establishments where compensation for services is ordinarily paid immediately upon the rendering of them, including, but not limited to, hotels, motels and restaurants, without payment or a bona fide offer to pay.” T.C.A. § 39-14-104. In Tennessee, “theft” includes embezzlement, false pretenses, fraudulent conversion, larceny, and receiving stolen property. T.C.A. § 39-14-101.
Theft is graded as a misdemeanor or felony depending on the value of goods or services that are unlawfully obtained, according to the following criteria:
- A Class A misdemeanor if the value of the property or services obtained is five hundred dollars ($500) or less;
- A Class E felony if the value of the property or services obtained is more than five hundred dollars ($500) but less than one thousand dollars ($1,000);
- A Class D felony if the value of the property or services obtained is one thousand dollars ($1,000) or more but less than ten thousand dollars ($10,000);
- A Class C felony if the value of the property or services obtained is ten thousand dollars ($10,000) or more but less than sixty thousand dollars ($60,000); and
- A Class B felony if the value of the property or services obtained is sixty thousand dollars ($60,000) or more. T.C.A. § 39-14-105.
Burglary and Related Offenses. Under Tennessee law, a person commits burglary who, without the effective consent of the property owner:
- Enters a building other than a habitation (or any portion thereof) not open to the public, with intent to commit a felony, theft or assault;
- Remains concealed, with the intent to commit a felony, theft or assault, in a building;
- Enters a building and commits or attempts to commit a felony, theft or assault; or
- Enters any freight or passenger car, automobile, truck, trailer, boat, airplane or other motor vehicle with intent to commit a felony, theft or assault or commits or attempts to commit a felony, theft or assault. T.C.A. § 39-14-402.
Aggravated burglary is burglary of a habitation. T.C.A. § 39-14-403. Especially aggravated burglary occurs where the victim suffers serious bodily injury. T.C.A. § 39-14-404. Tennessee law also prohibits the possession of burglary tools. T.C.A. § 39-14-701.

That one shows her arrest, this next one shows her being bound over for the grand jury.

FancyColors.com In an oversite , the name of the website designer was not included in the prior post concerning RiddermarkStables.com. This post serves to correct that oversite. Additionally, it would be prejudicial to not give Fancy-Colors.com the earned recognition due them for the creativity used to developed such a great web site as RiddermarkStables.com . It is almost criminal that such artistic genius exists in the talented owners of Fancy-Colors.com . Oddly enough we are unable to determine just whom these talented people are. Nowhere are their names listed and no business address is provided , just a paypal payment button along with a phone number . Strangely, the phone number for Fancy-Colors.com is exactly the same as RiddermarkStables.com , wonder what that is all about? So fellow members and non members alike it goes without saying that should we need website services or know anyone that needs these services to make sure they are made aware of the creative talent of fancy-Colors.com. It would be a criminal act of forgeting to mention this website to everyone we know, just criminal I tell you !! God Bless our troops

Riddermarkstables.com Riddermark Stables Well, well, well, what can be said? This is such a well designed web site for horses. Odd though, this site’s layout reminds me of another infamous web site. You know, the one that is owned and operated by Joan B. Foote and Stephanie Paulter. Even stranger yet is the fact that nowhere on this site does it identify the owners or creators and every photo has the head cropped off, well at least most do. However, If you look real hard at each one of these photos you will see some very familiar faces, buildings, fences and oddly enough it even looks like the real estate at 2134 Country Club Road, Allardt, Tennessee. I still cannot grasp why no one is taking credit for creating such a great web site. I suppose they must have their reasons to remain anonymous and in the background. Interesting phone number also, same phone number is being used by their web master. This is such a well designed web site I would recommend that all members (non-members also) check it out, heck maybe we should all email or call the number listed and tell these people just how nice their site is. I bet the owners would be very excited to hear our feedback, who knows it may even help others to be aware of this web site. Free advertisement so to speak This is America people, love it or leave it God bless our Troops !
